We made it! Our normally six and a half hour trip took ten to get here, but we're home (because of construction traffic). The girls were troopers though. I'm sure having the DVD players helped in that department (Thank you Mom and Dad!). We only started losing Abby the last 45 minutes. I guess I can't complain about that.
The girls are asleep, the washer is going, and we're jumping right back into life after just shy of four weeks away. We're only about half unpacked since we got home so late, but we'll get there. Normally I unpack almost everything right when I get home, but I'm letting it slide. I admit I'm twitching a little knowing it's all sitting downstairs.
