That is somewhat discusting. Between you and cass actually scrapbooking the "ouchies" of your children...it is a little disturbing. I mean I don't go around posting my scars.--I would need an entire server dedicated to such an endeavor.

This from he who commended me for posting about the ugly parts of parenthood too? He who stated on this very blog that, "I think scrapbooking's purpose is to create memories so when you are old and grey you only have the good to remember- not the accidents or lazy, insolent children that they truly are. Thanks for a dose of truth." And now you are complaining that Cassie and I add a dose of truth in our scrapbooks??!?!?!?! ...LOL you hypocrite!

Adi - I am perfecting my political skills by manipulating a quote to suit my purpose!

Thanks Cindy!

Wait one single second. You obviously proved yourself wrong by quoting me. I said scrapbooking's purpose is to only show the good. You have broken that rule and are scrapbooking nasty photos. Posting the truth on a blog is much different.
Now, I come from a world were you are in direct violation of protected health information (PHI) as listed in the Health Information Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). By posting photos of your child's injuries you are violating her PHI protections. Authorities have been notified--you're screwed. Consider yourself the next Rep. Craig.

You should have at least put a black bar across her face and created an alias to avoid any identifiers. Let's put this in perspective...you don't see me scrapbooking pictures of the inside of my colon. Nasty stuff.

So how is Frankenstein anyway?

LOL...ok, I WOULD draw the line at pictures of her colon. Also note that although I took pictures of her post-heart surgery (she looked like the Mini-me version of a Sumo wrestler), I will never scrapbook those, or show them to anyone. They are for when she is older and wants to know more about herself. I DO have limits, ya know!

And the way I read that quote, I wasn't mis-quoting you. I read it (originally) that you were making fun of scrapbooking too for not including the "real" stuff in life. The downfall of emails and blogs I suppose!

She's fine by the way. (Although on Tuesday she fell flat on her face at Target and got a huge egg on her head!) The staples were taken out Wednesday. She had to lie on her stomach and the Dr. put them on a tissue in front of her while she was removing them. Grace thought that was great. She's still got that nasty looking cut, but at least it's not gaping anymore!

I hope you know this is all in good fun and jest. The downfall of words.

I am glad to hear she is doing well. We wish you guys were closer- that way our kids could hurt themselves with each other.

Don't worry Critchlow. I knew you were just joking around. I love to bicker with you!
