I hate buying and selling! HATE IT! I knew I wasn't going to enjoy this from day one, but just had to get through it. After some hicups primarily surrounding a very indecisive buyer, I can FINALLY say I'm feeling secure about selling this house and buying the new one. We're out of attorney review on both, and after Friday the inspection process will be finished. Sheesh!
Now if we could just get our buyer to repsond to our request to put off the closing that we gave to them oh...2 weeks ago!
