...it's story time again...
After church on Sunday, the woman who is in charge of the children came up to me and asked me if anyone has told me what my daughter did today. My reaction? "Oh no. What did they do?" She couldn't remember which one did it (later they told me they both did) but this is what she told me:
The lesson was about how Jesus helps us through hard times. The teacher asked the kids (ages 3-11 were all together at this point) to give an example from their life or the scriptures of a time when Jesus helped them through a rough time. What does one of my girls do? She (or they) starts singing Hard Knock Life from Annie for the whole room to enjoy.
Annie is the current movie/music obsession of the girls. They sing and/or listen to Annie pretty much all the time right now.
Yup! Those are my kids. And I think they're hilarious!

That is a cute story!
I'd pay for a video of that.
"We LOVE you miss Shananagans!"
It would have been a much more colorful story had they sang, "Little Girls" with the hicups included of course.
Great story. It could have been worse like their story could have started, "One time I was on the toilet..."
Just imagine the possibilities.
